After you have placed your order we will calculate each shipping cost individually. We then send you a quotation (and delivery options) via email within 24hours. We offer international shipping while using our making sure every item is packaged carefully and safely. We work with different parcel services and shipping costs as well as delivery times can vary depending on quantity, size and destination.
Right after your order was accepted and payment has been received, we will prepare the parcel for you. All products in our shop are shipped from our workshop & warehouse in Germany.
We are processing all orders as soon as possible, not later than one week after order has been completed. Please note that orders outside the European Union may require to pay import duty and local taxes that have to be covered by the customer. Please inform yourself ahead at your local customs office about country-specific import charges.
Please note that currently we only offer shipping and local pick-up is not possible.
The invoice amount is to be paid in advance after receipt via email of the invoice containing or relevant information about the payment to be made. Please include your order number. You may select one of the following payment methods:

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. If you wish to return an item, please contact us first via email firstname.lastname@example.org. If you would like to withdraw from this contract please find and follow the detail instructions and information on our Terms & Conditions page. Please ensure that the item(s) are in their original condition, same as you have received it with all labels, accessories and tags included.
Our items have a long history and are being carefully reclaimed and refurbished. We do our best to ensure that they meet all reasonable requirements of reliability and usability. In the unfortunate event of a product not meeting the requirements as described (please check item description), you will be compensated.
We offer compensation in form of replacing the item completely or partially. We will repair the product, or offer you appropriate financial compensation. Once the item is returned to us, we will confirm it and compensate you. Return costs will be reimbursed.
