Brand-new preserved Braun "rallye" shaver from 1972 in red color (released in the same year as the 72' Munich Olympics). Absolutely rare with original timeless packaging: a transparent tube containing all original accessories: wire cord, manual and cleaning brush. Designed by Florian Seifert in Germany who added bold colors in this update of the iconic Sixtant SM 31. A detail to notice is his twist on the use of black color for the shaving head rather than chrome. Condition: Functioning; Brand new - preserved from 1972 without any signs of use or scratches. Unique and rate original packaging included.

Design by Florian Seiffert
Florian Seifert was born in 1943. He studied at the Folkwangschule für Gestaltung in Essen from 1968 to 1973. Later in his career he started working in the design department at Braun. Later he became Professor at the University of Applied Sciences in Mainz. Florian Seifert has also worked with Hartwig Kahlcke since 1988 for Braun AG, as well as for other companies such as: A. Eugster, Franke AG, Krups, Loewe, Matsushita, Moser, Rosink, Schulte-Ufer, Thomas and Wella AG, among others.
