The legendary Braun SK 5 has been designed by Hans Gugelot + Dieter Rams, in 1958. It is equipped with a vinyl player, radio unit and a built-in Braun speaker box. The SK5 is an absolute beauty and design classic that you will find in MOMA and other museums. The radio part has been extended for longwave reception (LW). The PC3 SV turntable has been equipped with a stereo crystal pickup system and thus prepared for stereo playback (SV ). The SK 5 remains a mono system. Condition: Well preserved original condition with slight patina (see images). It has been reclaimed with great effort and care while making sure to preserve all original parts. Both the speaker and transistor, as well as vinyl player are functional. All parts are original! Sold as a prestige design collectible, not intended for daily use!
